A great book for anyone with Diabetes : This book explains to you what diabetes is; the two main types of diabetes; what pre-diabetes is; and, an abundance of healthy food options. You should really pay attention to the different types of foods that you can eat dependent on the type of diabetes you have. This book also explains your glucose levels and what exactly they mean; how insulin works; and how to prevent full-blown diabetes.

Nice cookbook : This is a great cookbook with a 28 day meal plan and over 1000 easy and healthy recipes that are diabetic friendly. The author gives background on what diabetes is, who is at greater risk, what foods are healthy and best for people with diabetes to eat, as well as foods to avoid. There are a large variety of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, soups, salads, and desserts. The avocado and blueberry fruit salad and the fruity oat bars sounds delicious.

Good cookbook. : I found this cookbook quite interesting. Diabetes can be a dangerous illness if you don’t know what causes it and how to help manage it. This book explained what diabetes is, how to control it, the importance of insulin, and eating better can help prevent it. If you or a family member are newly diagnosed ad having diabetes, this cookbook is a must-have. Instead of focusing on what you can't eat, focus on how many delicious things you can still have.

Manage Your Diabetes : My aunt is very hesitant to change her diet. I got this cookbook in order to show her that you can still have healthy tasty food without all the salt These recipes are easy and delicious. They even include 28 day Meal plan. If you or anyone you know is newly diagosed with diabetes, start your lifestyle changes ASAP, it will make a big difference. This book is filled hundreds of recipes and lots of variety.

Great resource for diabetics : If you (or a loved one) is either diabetic or prediabetic - this cookbook has over a thousand recipes that are all great for diabetics. While no one in my immediately family is diabetic, it can be genetic, so I have been trying to cook healthier. This book has been great. It has everything from breakfast to dinner. If you don't tell the family that's is a "diet" recipe - they won't notice.

A cookbook for diabetics : This book is about learning how to cook specifically for those who are a diabetic. This book replaces sodium and sugar intake to cater meals for those who are diabetic. It is important to have slat and sugar substitute while cooking especially for those who are diabetic. This book also includes several delightful recipes that are flavorful and healthy as well. This is an awesome cookbook.
